How do I sign up for Purple Perks?

Existing customers: Click on the Purple Perks icon on the bottom right of your screen and login into your account. Make sure that you are signed up for our secret emails, sign in to your account at the top right corner, click on the “my account” and in your “my info” box, make sure you’re “subscribed”.             *Don't see your points? email your name & phone number to purpleperks@shop112.com (allow up to 10 days to process)

New customers: Create a Shop 112 account to start earning points and redeeming rewards! Make sure that you are subscribed to our emails to get a first look at new arrivals and sales!

How do I start earning points after joining?

There are so many ways to earn points! You’ll receive points for every dollar spent and will be rewarded for following us on Facebook, Instagram, writing reviews and...  you'll receive 1,000 points on your birthday! Be sure to check our Purple Perks Dashboard on the bottom right of our screen for all the ways to earn!

How Do I check my points?

Simply log into your account on shop112.com and click on the Purple Perks icon located on the bottom right of your screen. 

Do my points expire?

Points will only expire after an extended length of inactivity. In other words, as long as you continue to earn (or spend) your points, they’ll remain in your account. And don’t worry, we’ll give you fair warning (via email) if your points are going to expire.

Can I have multiple accounts or transfer points to another account?

No, you can only have one Purple Perks account and one login. Only one account will be associated with your points and you cannot combine points from different  email accounts.

How can I spend the points?

You can spend the points by applying your balance to items in your cart when you check out- or you can wait and accumulate them to spend on a bigger purchase! You cannot use points to purchase a gift card. Points cannot be combined with a coupon code or be used with a store credit payment. Once you hit a reward threshold, you must use that reward coupon in a single purchase (example $50 coupon must be used all at once); it will not carry a remaining balance.

I placed an order; how long will it take for my points to be applied?

Your points will be allocated once your order ships, so check back and watch those points pile up!

Are there limitations on earning points?

Reward points are eligible on Shop 112 merchandise prices only; taxes, shipping, local vendor and artisan products are not eligible to earn rewards.

How do the coupon codes work, do they expire?

Once you've earned a reward, it will remain in your account for 6 months. Note, each code is single-use and balances cannot carry over. Your Purple Perks coupon code can be used simultaneously with a Shop 112 gift card, but it cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
