Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you have received incorrect, missing, or defective item(s), contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

DUE TO COVID19, WE HAVE UPDATED OUR RETURNS POLICY

Effective immediately: New Return Policy (06/15/2020)

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY (No Exceptions).  

*Purchases of 30% OFF or more is FINAL SALE and are not able to be returned for store credit or refund. ( NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Purchases delivered by CURBSIDE: Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 20 days from the date ordered.  ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Purchases that were SHIPPED: Merchandise may be returned for store credit if return postmark is within 20 days from the date ordered.   ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • PLEASE NOTE: Purchases of 30% OFF or more is FINAL SALE and are not able to be returned for store credit or refund.( NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • * You may request a size exchange on the exact item.
  • NON-RETURNABLE /EXCHANGABLE ITEMS: Jewelry, Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Hats, Sunglasses, and Gift Certificates are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned for exchange or store credit. ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • SHOES: Shoes must be returned in its original box. Damage to the shoe box (tape or other markings) makes this item ineligible for return.
  • All Merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION with all tags attached.
  • ANY ITEMS RETURNED with smells of BODY ODOR, PERFUME, DEODORANT, MAKEUP STAINS, SMOKE, PET ODOR OR PET HAIR will be REFUSED. ( NO EXCEPTIONS)*If your item does not qualify for a return, you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned to you. If arrangements are not made within 20 days, item or items will be donated to a local shelter.

 EXCHANGES: If you would like a size exchange in the same product, please put what size on your return form. Exchanges are based on availability. If your item was mailed back for an exchange and your size is not available, we will issue a store credit.
